Start-up Visa Program targets immigrant entrepreneurs with the skills and potential to build businesses in Canada that:
- are innovative
- can create jobs opportunities
- can build a competitive business on a global scale
If your business gets support from one of the designated organizations (venture capital funds, angel investor groups, business incubators), you may be eligible to apply for Permanent Residence in Canada for yourself and your family.
You may be eligible for a Work Permit to start building your business in Canada while your PR application is under review.
