We provide professional representation service in Labour Market impact Assessment (LMIA) applications, and will be with you through the whole process including but not limited to:

- Register the employer account on JobBank
- Post the ads on the designated job boards that will qualify for ESDC
- Advise you on screening potential candidates as required by ESDC
- Adhere to posting deadlines and keeping records of ads
- Prepare an LMIA application and submit to ESDC on employer’s behalf
- Prepare the employer for an interview with Service Canada representative
- Draft the necessary documentation for a foreign national candidate’s Work Permit application
- Prepare and submit foreign national’s Work Permit application
- Being a liaison between IRCC and your worker
We provide guidance to the employers on the ways to support their employees for Provincial Nominations, help with preparation of the required documentation and represent your workers throughout the whole application process for Provincial Nomination and further applications for Permanent Residence in Canada.
We assist Employers and their Employees with LMIA exempt Work Permit applications.
